Select Phone Sale from the Transaction Type popup.
Click the find customer button and select a customer, or if necessary, add a new customer.
This displays the transaction screen after selecting a phone sale type and selecting a customer. Note that a large button is written over the Take Payment panel when phone sale is selected. More about this button later.
1. Add line items to the transaction.
2. Click the large button to display the following screen.
The address information from the customer record is displayed in this panel and can be changed as necessary. Any changes made here do not change address information in the customer record. The ship to address can be changed as needed.
Enter the customer credit card information.
Click Save button to return to the transaction screen.
1. Click the save sale button to save phone order information and to clear the screen.
